This assignment was created for an Advanced Foods and Nutrition class, grades 10-12.  If you have low level learners or learning disabled students, you could easily assign one role to a group, and they could work on it collectively.

Time allotted:  I would allow at least 4 to 6 (50 minute) class periods for this assignment.  You might need to allow for more time if students do not have access to a computer at home.
