Management Roles of the LPN

This webquest was designed to help Practical Nursing students apply their readings and knowledge to some of the management roles that they might be required to participate in after graduation. The objectives of this webquest are:

1. Explain the need for effective communication in the leadership role

2. Apply the 5 rights of delegation to a case scenario

3. Explore 4 techniques of conflict resolution

4. Describe the content  of a performance plan for improvement
