Teacher Page

This is a topic that can be revisited throughout the academic year.  As you discover your students  and they discover themselves in a cultural way,  talking points are endless.
Truly, for all, the ramifications of cultural diversity study are liberating.  The tone of this approach allows the student  a chance to a broadened view, a crossing of borders and even moments of  personal self reflections.

OPTION  ONE:  to create a  Wall of Honor to allow your children to exhibit their writings along with art  (your choice) in the classroom or in the class hallway.
OPTION TWO: to approach administration with the idea of a cultural day.  A morning of diversity in the resource room-each classroom with a different region: The Americas, Europe, Africa and Asian etc.
