This lesson was developed to provide Computer Skills and Applications II (CSA II) students with an opportunity to demonstrate literacy skills, mastery of course objectives, and to participate in a quality webquest which will serve as a model for later use when creating their own webquest.
Learners
This webquest is designed for 6�8 grade students enrolled in Computer Skills and Applications II.
Before beginning this webquest, students need to have previous experiences using a variety of software programs such as Microsoft office Word, Publisher, and Power Point. They should be familiar with the researching information on the internet, and using this process for fact gathering. Also, they should be familiar with using search tools/engines to find resources on the Internet. Lastly, students must possess excellent literacy skills along with organizational ability.
