Native Americans: The Mohicans

This Webquest is designed to be something that the students can do independently if provided with all of the materials necessary. This webquest includes a pre and post test and 4 activities. This webquest would take about a week if the students did one activity a day. It is good for a short unit. I would advise that you assist the students in making the flipbook, because it can be a bit confusing.

These are based on the Common Core Standards and the NYSED Core Curriculum.
Social Studies Standard 1: History of the United States and New York: Students will use a variety of intellectual skills to demonstrate their understanding of major ideas; eras, themes, developments and turning points in the history of the United States and New York.

RI.4.4 Determine the meaning of general academic and domain specific words or phrases in a text relevant to a grade 4 topic or subject area.
