Is Central Park really a "park for the people?"

The idea of this project is to introduce persuasive texts and empower students to  create their own.The lethargy with which we sometimes fall into about "there is nothing that can be done with certain issues"is often lost on students and they begin to question WHY?It is important to help students find their voice  and be able to adequately express their point of view.
