This webquest was designed for a Junior High (8th Grade) Social Studies Class. Class periods are set at 50 minutes in length and this course was designed to take place over a 5 day period. As I have coordinated this quest with the language arts instructor, on the days with special guests, the students attended class for 2 consecutive periods to allow time for both the guest speaker and coordinating activities. As this lesson was designed to take place during the third quarter, the technology resources required to be used to complete assignments are familiar to students and no additional instruction on use of these items is included in this quest.

To complete the quest without the guest speakers, a link to several Holocaust survivor stories is included in the quest. Unfortunately, I have not been able to locate (yet) sites to the opposing viewpoint but I am sure they are out there.
