This web quest is geared towards assisting teachers in presenting to students what simple machines are and more specifically what levers are and how they can make work eaiser. It is packed with hands on activities, puzzles and flow charts that seek to bring out the concept of what a lever is. This web quest hopes to ensure that students will use their observation skills to draw conclusions and also that students will learn the usefulness of levers and the scientific reasoning behind them.
I would like to my Educational Technology lecturer for first introducting me to this type of computer based tool and also for educating me on how to use it to effectively to bring across a lesson. |
