A Time to Kill

This
quest is made for the Danish highschool. The following information is
mostly for the Danish teachers because it has been made to full fill the
Danish common goals.

Common goals
Communicative skills
The
pupils gets introduced to the legal terms  and through the movie gets
exposed to the language which is used in a courtroom, and also a
southern US dialect.  They also have to discuss how to use legal terms
when writing the article. The pupils also have to make articles about a
subject which is grounded in racism.

Language and Language Use
They will learn how to use legal jargon, and by studying it themselves, there is a higher chance of remembrance.

Language Acqusition
They
will have to be aware of how they will write the articles, and they
will also have to use dictionaries to acquire a knowledge about the
different meanings of the legal jargon.
