Resources: Computers, internet, and your imagination are the materials needed.  Using the Webquest Rubric might also be a valuable resource!

Evaluation: Teachers will need to do a self evaluation. They are the only ones who will know if they truly understand a "webquest".

Conclusion: Educators should be able to build their own webquest.
