What do employers want?

This webquest was designed to help students explore the importance of soft skills in obtaining and keeping a job. Most students focus on learning the hard skills, like computer software or wiring a light switch and don't realize that communication and dependability matter more. This lesson should help them see the bigger picture of being a good employee.
