At the end of this Webquest you will be expected to be able to discuss whether or not colonialism had any direct impact/effect on the genocide in Rwanda. You will also be able to discuss whether or not the international community should intervene in situations like these. A thoughtful reflection will be shared with the class based on the information gathered in this Webquest.
