A Matter of Life & Death: Organ & Tissue Donation

In this WebQuest, you will learn more about organ and tissue donation and transplantation.  You will have a chance to read information about this issue in China, to investigate how the whole process generally works, to learn the facts and discredit myths, and to ask yourself if giving the gift of life is something you might like to do if you are ever faced with that decision.  With the information you learn, you will be making an original informational poster or video supporting your group's position on organ and tissue donation.


Learning Objectives:
After completing this WebQuest, my goal is that you can say:

1. I know whether or not I want to be an organ and/or tissue donor
2. I understand the organ and tissue donation process and can talk about it
3. I know what organs and tissues can be donated
4. I have knowledge about organ and tissue donation in China 
5. I made a poster or video supporting or opposing organ and tissue donation
6. I have expanded my vocabulary and knowledge base.
