New Deal...Good Deal? or Bad Deal?

With the Presidents New Deal now on your desk, the President has asked you to review his plan.  Your responsibilty as a member of his cabinet is to provide your imput. He has asked you create your own version of the New Deal. He of course is permitting you to use his as a model, or completely reconstruct a new plan altogether. The President wants to know if you would change the New Deal completely, some, or not at all and why. Your task is simply to brief the President with your thoughts.
