Muscular System

I have some exciting news! We know the importance of the muscular system and now it�s your turn to become an expert on a specific muscle in the human body! You will pick a muscle that you would like to become an expert on and then come to me and get my approval. After my approval, you will do research on your chosen muscle to become an expert. You must describe the muscle; the location of the muscle, what the muscle looks like, and the function of the muscle. That is only the beginning; you must also properly demonstrate three (3) exercises for your muscle and then demonstrate three (3) stretches for your muscle. All of you will research a different muscle so at the end of this project you will not only be an expert on your muscle but everyone else�s muscle too!
