Black Death WebQuest

This lesson is designed to give you a better understanding of the importance of Black Death on the society, economy and the culture of Europe in the 14th century. There will be much detail about the signs, symptoms, and spread of the disease within the websites and some of the information may be disturbing. Nonetheless, the importance of this event in the shaping of European  society is pertinent to future discussion of European History.

Students will be broken down in to groups of four (4) and required to visit several websites about black death. I will assign group partners before the start of the Web quest. There will be five (5) different websites available which include video and text to help you gain a better understanding of the subject matter.

These five websites as well as the subjects included will be listed in the "Process" section of this Web Quest.
