Nouns-Singular and Plural

This lesson will give students a chance to explore and find plural words around the the classroom and use them to build sentences.it will nourish the students creative sides while helping them to learn.

Remember,nouns are names of person, place, animal, and things.

Learning Objectives

Students will be able to create singular and plural words and use them to make sentences

Materials and Preparation 

• Plural Nouns anchor (include:usually add-s if iut ends in Y, change to -ies ;if ends in ch, sh, x, z, just add -es
• 20 Notecards numbered from 1 to 20 with a singular noun written on each one   
• students will be given weeksheet to change singular nouns to plural nouns.
