Marie Curie's Webquest

In this Web quest you will be Nobel prize scientist like Marie Curie discovering Gold and Silver just like she discovered radium! Look at your periodic table on your Chromebooks on the internet.

Task 1: What are the chemical and physical properties of gold (Au) or silver (Ag)?  

Task 2: Describe the history of gold or silver. 

Task 3: Choose three types of men’s and three types of women’s jewelry (necklaces, earrings, bracelets, or rings) that you will research.

Task 4: List your jewelry in your brochure providing a description and price.

Task 5: Make a brochure summarizing what you know about chemistry of Gold, Silver and Jewelry with a brief description and prices.  Be creative with making the brochure.
