Growing up wild

Childen should understand that all animals have the same basic needs, food, water, shelter, and space to move and grow. They will distinguish between wild and domesticated animals. Children will work on a chart, they will write and talk about wild and not wild animals, what makes an animal a good pet, would a wild animal make a good pet? Why or why not? Children will become familiar with tier two vocabulary words. Children will have on hand plush and plastic animals to recognize wild and domesticated animals.
