Top Health

The purpose of this webquest is to help educate the rest of your high school classmates on Health awareness. Society as well as social media has created numerous of ways to distract us from the health risk that surround us from day to day. It is your job to discuss these health risk to spread awareness to your classmates and the general public. You will create a 15-20 slide PowerPoint and present in front of the class for no less than 10 minutes.  You will choose 4 of the 7 topics from the list to discuss in your PowerPoint:

-Alcohol

-Unsafe Sex

-STD's

-Drugs

-The spreading of germs in a school/public place

-The stress of a high school student; what may result from this

-Depression

It is your job to discuss a "who, what, when, where" scenario for each topic then discuss how you can prevent or help mediate the problem to safer and healthier environment. You may base your answer off high school students or the general public.

*Along with the PowerPoint presentation each group will be responsible for a creating and designing a poster board of the same information from your PowerPoint that will be hung up along the rest of the walls at New Rochelle High School.*
