The Force is not Just in Star Wars (lesson on photosynthesis, cellular respiration, the conservation of mass and the conservation of energy)

In this part of your Padawan training, or lesson, you will learn what energy is, why we need it, and how living things get it. Before you set out on your training it is important to understand a couple of simple, but important laws of the universe. Once you have studied these laws you will be sent on a mission to discover the secrets of energy and cells obtain it and use it to sustain all life on Earth. As Jedi Master Yoda says in “Star Wars: Return of the Jedi”, “Do or don’t do. There is no try!”.

By the end of your training you will demonstrate your knowledge of the force and what is needed to bring it into balance by creating a model of energy needs and how a plant or animal cell produces enough energy to maintain the cell.
