Mediterranean Chefs!
Task
Each group will be given one recipe to research together. The students will look up all of the ingredients and find pictures of each ingredient. They will try to put all of the pictures of the ingredients in one Word document. They will use this as a reference for comparing this ancient recipe to a modern one!
Next, they will decide if this is a recipe they think would be an easy, fun dish for the banquet. They will also decide if they would rather have this dish over the American one. They will compare and contrast the recipe to the American recipe.
Finally, they will prepare to present their ideas to the class!
