My Wonderful Body

Before assisting these children, teacher will complete the following task:

• The teacher will conduct research on the parts of the body and unique their functions.
• Teacher will inform students of the objectives and expectations at the end of the lesson.

At the end of this lesson, students should be able to:

1.  Identify their body parts.
2.  Differentiate between boys� and girls� bodies.
3.  State the functions of at least three (3) parts of the body.
4.  Work cooperatively in groups to create and label an outline of their bodies, using cardboard, then    
5.  Paste body parts correctly on the outline of the body.
6.  Write an individual report about their body parts and its functions in their journal. 
7. Orally present what they have written.
