1. Divide into four small groups. Your task is to create a well balanced one day menu that includes:
  • Breakfast
  • Lunch 
  • Dinner
  • Supper

Aspects to take into account:
  • 2 litres of liquid everyday
  • 2200 calories
  • rich variety of nutriens
  • right amount of carbohydrates, protein and fat
  • that person does exercises that consume 300kcal each day before supper (remember to consider the needs of specific nutriens after the training)
Remember to create healthy substitutes of products of everyday use; for example: butter vs. avocado.
Explain the differences.


2. To sum up your work, prepare a poster that promotes healthy lifestyle and will encourage your classmates to pay more attention to what we eat. Remember that your poster should present a clear message and should be colourful!
(Format of the paper should be minimum A3)
