Habitats and their animals

Day 1, Monday- Pretend play: arranging the animals in their own homes/habitat

Day 2, Tuesday- Draw animals and their ways of living. Split the group into Four groups

Team one- Forest Headquarters       Team two- Desert Headquarters       Team three- Arctic Headquarters       Team four- Rainforest Headquarters

Day 3, Wednesday- Each team will together draw and color their habitat.

Day 4, Thursday- Draw and color happy animals with their favorite food to share with their friends at the Zoo Party!

Day 5, Friday- Today we are going to add a costume to our animal friends to help them get ready for the party. Present your animals, their habitat, and their favorite snack at the Zoo party for the rest of the class to see.
