Before anything else, we will first present this company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). As an employee, you must always
1. Follow departmental policies and procedures
2. Be in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Standards
3. Keep in mind the 5S methodology, and
4. Have basic knowledge on the proper use and storage of equipment
Depending on your given roles as employees of this company, you are tasked to:
- oversee computer operations and ensure that resources are used efficiently
- identify and deliver required service level to other staffs
- provides supervision and practices Delegation of Authority in his/her work
- assist in the application of OHS procedures
- manage risks and hazards in the area
- develop strategies for preventions of unwanted injuries
- maintain and repair equipment
- troubleshoot and configure systems
- offer technical support to the clients
By the end of this crash course, you are expected to follow all the given procedures and standards in this company. Once you are oriented and informed, we expect that you will be ready to contribute to the development and success of our company.
