Aboriginal Art

Objective:

Till the end of the lesson students are expected to develop a dot painting in the same technique the Aboriginal artists used. The students are to choose a dark background and develop a composition with a number of symbols and other organic designs. Students are to choose four different hues and develop dots by using a cotton swab, kebab sticks or the back of a paint brush.
