Healthy Foods and Nutrition

Your assignment is to research and learn about healthy food choices that can be offered at school for lunch.  You will work with a team of classmates to learn about the food pyramid, design healthy lunches, and create suggestions for the lunch menu.  Each group member will search for information about nutrition and the benefits of good food choices.  You will use this information to create a new lunch menu to present to the school.  You may need to be able to support and defend the lunches that you have designed by explaining what makes them healthy choices and why these changes are important. You will be divided in two groups. The first group's search topic is healthy foods. The second groups's search topic is unhealthy foods.
