Around the World

I hope you are ready to go on your journey around the world in exploring the seven continents and different cultures!

First you will explore Jules Verne's novel Around the World in 80 Days. You will learn information about the book and read about the journey Phileas Fogg took.

Next you will learn about the seven continents and the oceans.

Then you will pick a country from six of the seven continents and research the geography, nature, history, culture, and government of the country.  You will do this by reading information, looking at pictures, and watching videos.
 

You will be keeping a passport where you will write down important information from your journey and you will create three postcards to send to a friend or family member from your three favorite countries that you visited today.
