Cooking with Fractions

You just got home from school with three of your friends.  You look at the answering machine and see that there is a message.  It is your mom and she needs you to start preparing dinner for the family.  Your friends are more than willing to help you make dinner.  

The phone rings again.  It's your mom reminding you to double the recipe for your entree and side dishes.  She also needs you to bake cookies for your sisters school fundraiser.  For that recipe you will need to triple the ingredients.
