Your team will consist of four people:
1. Exercise specialist for now- This person will have the job of determining a series of exercises for classmates. You will research and come to conclusion on what is the best time of day to exercise. Also consider students and their needs, can everyone participate in the same exercises? If not then be able to give some alternatives. Then show us a two day cycle of this.
2. Nutritionist- This person will research and gather information about a proper diet for Middle School aged students. Consider such things as caloric intake, nutritional information, protein, fat, sodium intake and carbs. Also be able to demonstrate a knowledge of reading food labels. You must come with a 2 day healthy diet plan. 3. Hygienist- This person will gather information and demonstrate knowledge of healthy hygiene habits on a daily basis. Show us some examples of poor hygiene as well as proper hygiene. Consider the benefits of good hygiene as it pertains to each individual as well as it effects the people that surround them. 4. Exercise specialist for life- This person will find information on exercising once people reach 40 and beyond. You will show different activities that older people can participate in, as well as the benefits of. Take into consideration that people have different likes and dislikes as well as the differences between men and women and exercises that they might choose. After you have completed your research, your group will design a schedule for a healthy living 2 day cycle. This will include a times to exercise and exercises to do, times to eat a healthy meals, and daily routine for hygiene. The Exercise Specialist for Life will put together an educational document and stratigies to use as we get older.
