Students will start by writing the list of steps that will be given in the first page of their sketch book. The sketch book will for their drawing journal entries, it should be at least 8 X 10 or larger. After the first lesson with all steps noted in their journal, Students will draw a portait twice a week to improve their technique. Every step will be noted with lines describing the facial features and location for students to view. Students can parctice drawing each of the characteristics of the face. Practicing each feature will improve their artistic abilities and techniques. tudents will draw only with pencil in their drawing journal. Erasing is highly discouraged, because its erasing your most creative ideas. Practice, Practice, Practice!!!
