Nutrition: Healthy Eating

First, you will watch a sing-a-long video (which is located on the introduction page).

Next, you will be given a food pyramid worksheet that has the groups labeled with pictures.

After you will be given a un-labeled copy for you to fill-in and color.

Finally, you will tested on what you have learned and remembered from the lesson by constructing your own food pyramid group from scratch. Be creative with this.
