Review the possible cultures to research.

 

Once you have chosen a country, use the resources listed below to gather information about your country's culture and record that information in your social studies notebook. 

 

Use your notes to create a powerpoint that you think would be informative to a traveler. Include information and illustrations about: language, arts, music, holidays, traditions, values, religions, activities, and anything else that is present in your chosen culture.  I

 

In addition you will include a map of the country and a description of  its climate and geography on the poster.

Once you have created your powerpoint according to the rubric, we will have a time to share and discuss each student's findings.
