Japanese Food Webquest, By: Kimberly C. & Gray B.

Process:

1. Research Japanese cuisine that applies to the limitations and allergies of your guests.
2. Pick three appetizers, entrees, desserts, and drinks to put on your menu.
3. Make sure the food and drinks you have chosen are related to Japan, some are related ot New Year's, and they satisfy your guests' needs.
4. When you have chosen your food and made sure it has all the requirements, make a short description  of each dish.
5. Make a rough draft design of your menu.
6. Edit your rough draft.
7. Construct a final draft of your menu with neatness and creatvity.
8. Hand it in to your teacher so that him/her can evaluate it with the rubric below.
