Derecho Romano Actividad 4: Derecho de familia. Influencia del Derecho Romano sobre el Derecho Germano. 2020 (pres/semi)

La tarea va a consistir en investigar en distintas fuentes, tales como libros, revistase especializadas, enciclopedias electrónicas y páginas Web sobre el Derecho de Familia en el Derecho Romano y  la influencia del Derecho Romano en el Derecho Germano. Se deberá preparar un trabajo de investigación. EL TRABAJO DEBERA SER ORIGINAL. NO SE ACEPTA PLAGIO (COPY- PASTE). CUANDO SE UTILICEN CITAS Y PORCIONES DE OTROS TRABAJOS LOS MISMOS DEBERAN SER CITADOS DE CONFORMIDAD CON LAS NORMAS APA. TODA COPIA SIN SU CORRESPONDIENTE CITACIÓN APA SERA CON SIDERADO PLAGIO Y ACARREARA AUTOMATICAMENTE UNA “F” (50 PUNTOS). NO HABRA EXCEPCIONES.


Para la realizacion de la investigacion los grupos prexistentes escogeraan a su voluntad el tema 1 o el tema 2. . Los grupos investigaran sobre el tema de su preferencia  sobre el cual se realizara un trabajo grupal de investigación y que se plasmara en un ensayo de 10 a 15 páginas. NO SE PERMITIRAN PLAGIOS. TODO TRABAJO EN QUE SE ENCUENTRE PLAGIO RECIBIRA UNA NOTA INMEDIATA DE “F” (50), SIN EXCEPCIONES. LA RESPONSABILIDAD ES PARA TODOS LOS MIEMBROS DEL GRUPO POR IGUAL. TODO TEXTO NO ORIGINAL UTILZADO EN EL TRABAJO DEBERA CITARSE CONFORME A NORMAS APA. Los textos escritos deben ser presentados en forma digital al siguiente email: [email protected].  y ademas en forma fisica (copias simples no es necesario encuadernado, espirales etc) a mas tardar en el dia señalado en el silabo (dia del examen final del curso).

Los temas de los trabajos  seran los siguientes:

TEMA1: a) El matrimonio. Requisitos de válidez y sus efectos b)Regulación del divorcio c) Vínculos de parentesco. Cognatio y Agnatio d) Otras uniones de carácter marital. Concubinato, contubernio, sine conubio d) Tutela y curatela.

  
TEMA  2: a) Influencia del Derecho Romano sobre el Derecho Germano .b)Las tribus germanas y su Derecho. c) La caída del Imperio romano de Occidente
