Creating Your Exercise and Eating Plan

Phase 1:

Eat what you normally eat in a week and write it down on your Eating and Exercise Data Collection Sheet, as well as your activity/exercise.


Phase 2:

Research healthy alternatives and make sure you eat from all of the food groups. Figure out your goal for the end of the healthy week. Also, plan out good exercises or activities you should do throughout the next week


Phase 3:

Follow your plan for the next week of healthy eating and exercising and write that on another Eating and Exercise Data Collection Sheet.


Phase 4:

Compare and Contrast the two weeks. Write about what you changed or added and if it was better or worse. Also, talk about how you felt having to change what you did.
