Before a student can join, a registration form must be filled out and signed by a parent or legal guardian. Once the form is signed a physical information sheet will be distributed and must be conducted and signed by a physician to be cleared for physical activity. Once all forms are turned in the student is ready for workouts.


Tuesdays will consist of aerobics with a mixture of different cardio workouts and flexibility stretches. Cardio workouts vary such as runs, swim, jump rope, step aerobics, and etc.. The good part to the workouts the students will get a different workout a day to keep the excitement going.  Also during this time, we will focus on maintaining a heart rate for fat burning and speeding up the metabolism keep components to losing weight. The last 10 minutes of class will consist of flexibility to stretch the muscles from becoming tight after a successful workout.


Thursdays will consist of a variety of weight training to tone muscle and improve stamina. Also with weight training not only is fat being burned but also strengthen is taking place. Weight training exercise will range from dumbbells to the use to body weight. All in which will tighten and tone the body.
