Process

Start: In starting, you will first need to know the lyrics which are provided, then make a guess for how much the items will cost.   You must find the item purchased and multiply the amount of items by the amount the item costs. These items consist of Twelve drummers drumming, Eleven pipers piping, Ten lords a-leaping, Nine ladies dancing, Eight maids a-milking, Seven swans a-swimming, Six geese a-laying, Five golden rings, Four calling birds, Three French hens, Two turtledoves, And a partridge in a pear tree!

First, on the spreadsheet in Google Classroom, make a guess about how much you believe each gift will cost. Then, use Google Search to find the costs for each gift.  The spreadsheet will be turned in with the final presentation.

Once you have all the prices for the items, create a Google slide presentation that will show your findings.  There will be 14 slides all together.

The First slide is a title slide with your name.  Slides 2 through 13 will be the gifts of the song.  For instance, slide 2 will be " A partridge in a pear tree""  You will place the name of the gift, a picture of the gift  and the overall price for the gift.   You will do this for each gift of the entire song.  The last slide will be the total cost for the "Twelve days of Christmas" gifts.

Read the information in the evaluation tab to see how I will be grading this activity.
