So what is Cognition? It is the process of thinking. Everyone can learn but usually in their own ways it is easier for them to learn. Theorists have been trying to pinpoint the different ways students work.

Behaviorism is how you learn to behave. In this there are stimuli used to teach you, for example, you perform a task correctly, then I give you candy like the video . Same goes for misbehavior so, but you would receive a punishment.  I learned a lot by this method growing up.

Social Cognitive? It is the idea that by watching others and interacting with them you learn.
