The Quest of a Lifetime

Task One:  Each group will assign a leader who will report to the teacher the daily activities of the group as well as a scribe to make notes of each contribution and to keep a log of research materials used by the group as a whole such as URLs for websites used, pictures, books, articles anything at at that you end up using for your final presentation.  Each group will research an adventure that Don Quixote has had with his friend, Sancho Panza first using Chrome books and whatever resources you need.  Each adventure needs to be different and you need to READ ABOUT EACH ADVENTURE THOROUGHLY so you will have a grip on how you will proceed with the ultimate project. Go through the Web Quest together so everyone in the group is literally o the same page!

Task Two:  Share with your group members what you have found so you can decide together which adventure works best for your group.  Once that has been decided, as a group or one willing individual, will come up with an introduction to your presentation. It can be read aloud or can be presented as a power point presentation.

Task Three:  All of Quixote's adventures have other characters involved. Decide who in your would be best suited for each part and then you need to generate a script that you will eventually act out for the class.

Task Four:  All of the group members should participate in the "tweaking" the script to be sure that it follows and follows the adventure that you are presenting.

Task Five:  You need to make your scene look authentic. Where is your adventure taking place?  In the road?  On the road?  At the Inn?  In the countryside? You need to make or bring in props to create your scene.

Task Six:  Costumes???  They are very effective in presenting a skit and can be easily made with house hold items.  Let me know if your need anything. I am known in some circles as the "Queen of Props"!

Task Seven:  On presentation day ~  bring ALL OF THE ENERGY AND ENTHUSIASM YOU CAN MUSTER!!!!  YOU WILL BE SPECTACULAR!
