Step 2:  You and your groupmembers will now make a meal plate for Johnny with the groups of food needed.You will need:

• foam plate
• crayons
• pencil shavings
• glue
• straws
• cotton balls

Step 3: You will now design a poster for Johnny and his mother to hang in their kitchen with the types of foods in each group. You will need:

• Cartridge or construction paper
• glue
• pictures of foods from gleaner, old magazines or computer
• crayons
• pencil
• ruler
• sharpener
• eraser
