  1. Each publication is reviewed by at least two external reviewers.
  2. Since the language of publication is English, at least one reviewer is a native speaker of English.
  3. At least one reviewer has a different affiliation country than the author.
  4. The submissions are subject to the double blind review process.
  5. Every care is taken so that there is no conflict of interest between the authors and the reviewers.
  6. The review is made in a written form with a clear conclusion on acceptance or rejection of the submission.
  7. The reviewing procedure and the reviewer file are published on the Journal�s website athttp://www.tewtjournal.org/reviewingprocedure.htm
  8. The names of reviewers for particular issues are not revealed, instead, once a year, the aggregate list of reviewers for the entire volume is published.

       � Access to authentic Listening comprehension texts

       STEPS :
  • Introduction: overall theme. Background information on thetopic. Introduces key vocabulary and concepts learners will need to understandand complete tasks
  • Task: explains clearly and precisely what learnerswill have to do. This should be motivating and interesting.
  • Process: Guides learners through set ofactivities and research tasks, using predefined resources (Internet based)presented in clickable form. 
  • Products:may introduce or recycle lexical areas orgrammatical points essential to the task. It will also have one or several�products� the learners are expected to present at the end. These will form thebasis of the evaluation stage. 
  • Evaluation: can involve learners inself-evaluation, giving feedback on what they feel they have learnt. Alsoinvolves teacher evaluation.

  •  4. Email
        � Learners submit work as attachments by mail
        � Teacher emails learners homework, summaries of classwork, extra material, etc.
        � The teacher can email regular newsletters about the class and themselves during the academic year as well as over the holidays.
        � Learners can email to prepare before class.
        � Learners can use email for individual tutorials with the teacher.
        � Email can be used for collaborative writing (In groups Learner 1 starts the story and so on)

     5. Chat

        � Chat is a tool which allows for synchronous, i.e. real- time, communication over the internet.
        � It may include a video and sound component or only text.
        � Advantages
           - Contact with other learners/cultures
           - Real communication with a real purpose
           - Use of a new medium in the classroom
           - Opportunity to practice both spoken and written English

     6. Blog

Usually kept by one person, who will regularlypost comments, thoughts, experiences, etc to a web page, creating a communityaround a common topic. May consist of written text only or include pictures,photos, audio, video.  Readers can post comments if allowed.  http://fceblog.blogspot.com/

- Tutor blog: providelearners with news or comments, extra reading practice or homework, summary ofa class for students absent, study tips.

- Student blog:Learners can be asked to set up and maintain their own blog and post once ortwice a week or post comments on others.

- Class Blog: Alllearners post comments on certain topics, on class work or any issue theteacher thinks interesting or relevant to learners.

WHY?

- Provide realworld tool to practice written English.

- provide a real audience for student writing .

- Meaningful &purposeful activity.
