You will exercise 3 days a week: I would do Monday, Wednesday, Friday but you pick the 3 days that work the best for you. On the days that you exercise you will going for a minimum of 60 minutes. 20 minutes of Aerobic Activity, 20 minutes Muscle Strengthening and 20 minutes Bone Strengthening.

3 day exercise pick list:

Exercise Days 1,2 and 3-  Aerobic Activities- Brisk Walking, Bicycling, Swimming, Roller Skating, Aerobic Dancing and any other aerobic exercises. Muscle Strengthening-  Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Lunges, Air Squats, Pull Ups, Lifting Weights and any other muscular exercises. Bone Strengthening- Jump Rope, Running, and many of the muscle strengthening exercises.             

Nutritional Changes that should be followed:     

Calories2,000-3,200
Protein5.5-7 ounces
Fruits2-2.5 cups
Vegetables2.5-4 cups
Grains6-10 ounces
Dairy3 cups
