1. First, you'll divide into groups of three (3). In each group, there will be a ticket organizer (the person who chooses the attractions and orders the tickets for them), a money handler (the person who creates the budget and pays for tickets, meals, and travel expenses), and a logistics coordinator (the person who is responsible for creating a schedule that outlines daily events). 



2.  After forming your groups and choosing roles, use the following websites, according to your roles, to obtain the necessary information.

Ticket Organizer
(Find at least 10 attractions for the duration of the trip)


Money Handler
(The budget for the trip is $3,500. You MUST stay under budget. Do not forget to include gas expenses, as you will be driving to Los Angeles for the trip)

(The following websites will be helpful in creating your itinerary, however you are not required to copy their exact formats)




3.  Now that you have gathered all of your information, you must work together to organize the information into a final trip binder. The logistics coordinator will lead the group in completing this task. Be sure to include the daily schedule, the budget, and details about each event.


4.  Before going on the trip, you will present your trip binder to the rest of the class. Each group member will be in charge of presenting the specific portion of the binder that they created.
