Controversial Issue Research Project

First, you will research your topic on Gale Research, Opposing Viewpoints and ProCon.org looking at the various articles that are available and decide what resources you are going to use for your research and write about.

Complete at least 3 Research Logs with screen shots of the articles you are using for your research as well as concrete details and commentary on the Research Logs.  There is an example below or post the articles with annotation and notations to share with [email protected]

Create a Work Cited page.  Remember that MLA rules are sacrosanct and you will not deviate from the rules or you will receive a 0.  Instructions and examples are attached below.

You will use one resource not on the Gale, Opposing Viewpoints or ProCon, I suggest NPR, Youtube, documentary, or a web based article from a reliable source such as ProCon website http://www.procon.org/view.resource.php?resourceID=1542 .

 You will complete a Research Log as well as a "Justification Page" evaluating why this is a legitimate resource to use in your research.

Your final project will include a title page.  Instructions and an example for the research page are attached.
