Now, you will be divided into groups. Next, you will decide on which government / country your group wants to research and present to the class. Once you have your group, start researching about your government using books, notes from class and previous knowledge.  You will create a power point presentation (a minimum of 15 slides, but no more than 20 slides). Please include pictures (country, leader, etc.) and bibliography of sources.

You must include in the presentation the responses to these questions:

1.Who is in charge of the government? (president, dictator, etc)

2. Who is the leader at this time?

3. How did they get to be the leader?

4. How long does a leader remain in power?

5. Who gets to vote and when?

6. How are laws passed?

7. How long has this type of government been in existence?

8. What are the main points of this type of government?

9. Explain any controversy around this type of government?
