Six simple machines; how they go from simple to complex.

In order to complete your task you will use the web for research, microsoft word documents , to create your cartoon illustration you will draw using materials provided by your instructor.

The list of simple machines can be completed using the web site listed "Six simple  machines"  You will create your list and describe the function of each simple machine, include also a use in your daily life for each machine.  Write this into a word document and e-mail to your instructor after all of your tasks are completed.

Use the web sites provided below to describe /explain how simple machines are used to create complex machines.  Pick at least two complex machines and describe how they are used in your daily life.   Incorporate this information into your original word document.  The web site "relate tools to your life" will help with this task.

Pick two of the simple machines to incorporate into a complex machine.  Describe what this machine can be used for in your daily life, these must be different from the two machines above.  Incorporate this information into your original word document.

Now you can select another two of the simple machines and create a cartoon illustration similar to the ones that have been used in the webquest.  Draw your simple machines being used to complete a task.    You can also use google images to find illustration ideas to help you with your drawing. Use the materials provided by your instructor.
