  1. First you'll be broken up into teams of four. We will count off by 4�s and each number will be an assigned group.
  2. You will be assigned two questions from the task section.The sections will be assigned randomly by the teacher.
  3. Visit the websites that are provided. Write down relevant information in your social studies journal.
  4. Write at least 3 important pieces of information from each site.
  5. Choose a method to present your findings. You and your partners must agree on the method of presentation. Your choices are:
Glogster, poster, or written document (poem, or BCR format)
  1. Using Kidspiration you will create a web or outline to show how you will use the information to create your presentation.
  2. Create your presentation. Do not forget to add pictures and colors.
  3. Use the rubric to see if you have met all the requirements for the webquest.
  4. When other groups are presenting, students will fill out a worksheet that allows them to explain 3 things they learned from other groups presentations.
Learners will access the on-line resources by searching the Google Custom search engine. You may have a set of links that everyone looks at as a way of developing background information.

Group 44) What are the primary methods of information in education?
5) What kind of technologies that were introduced in China?

  • Split the questions within your group
  • Review information with group
  • Peer edit outline before writing BCR
  • Share responsibilities
  • Vote if there is a disagreement, if not resolved ask teacher.
  • Take detailed notes in journals
  • Practice presentation
  • Pay attention during other presentations
  • Look over rubric
