Part III
As a group, use the information gathered in Part I and Part II to determine what each clients final weight goal should be. Create nutrition AND fitness program to assist the client in reaching a weight gain or weight loss goal. Create a one week (first week) plan for each client. This should include meal plans for the week and workout schedule. Provide recipes when meals call for one.
After your group has finished creating a fitness and nutrition plan with goals, you will present your plan to your client (the class) and explain how this plan will benefit them for the rest of their lives. Print copies of your plans for each of your classmates and the teacher. (Teacher can assist you with copies). Turn in your individual and group typed reports.
